Course fees are refundable only in the case of technical issues or course cancellation by Varanasi Institutes.
If a student chooses to discontinue the course for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
Fees paid for online courses, webinars, or digital study material are non-refundable once access is granted.
In case of any technical errors or payment failures, we will verify the transaction and process a refund within 7–10 business days.
